Heres the thing, my sister and I have to think of our own equipment in the same house with a Netgear fan must have the same IP address, which I? (not a computer expert), but when they banished from the team because my father is already on my computer when I am not here, so I block all sites like MySpace, but shes still using MSN Messenger on my computer, if there is a make its signature block on the use of MSN Addy too? or at least password protect the MSN password i can not my computer, I will not because I download torrents a lot of what is usually my team most of the time so that if someone knows that it would be very useful.

If you are using XP or Vista, you can simply press the Windows key + L to lock your computer while things download.
So is a Windows password is the best way.
I do not know how, but you can change the settings that you need a password for your desktop access should. I do not know what's on your computer, but in my (I have Windows Vista), go to Control Panel> User Accounts> Create a password.

Change password to something really creative that would never happen. Use of letters, numbers, spaces and other characters on it. Login to leave, too, never signed, when you're done.
