I suggest you consult a nutritionist. You can even in your local market like Whole Foods. It might have to give the answer, or because I'm not sure.

As they reached the age where they do not need the formula .. can begin, the almond milk or rice. My child is allergic to milk, so I tried everything. I think the kernel is the best texture and flavor ... if he is not allergic to nuts.

With a balanced diet can, in preference to see a nutritionist too.

In the meantime, you can find www.foodallergy.org

Also look for calcium Gummies. My son was in a position to those that start before 12 months. Peanut butter is also a good source of fat and protein.

Read a referral to a dietitian, the labels, learn CPR, avoid processed foods, to maintain at liquid Benadryl (for the current dose), and Epi Pen in hand at all times so that probiotics every day, go to FAAN online allergist and take on a group of parents' income.

You need a nutrition professional, preferably a pediatrician if it is available.

This is a difficult group of allergies, and a boy his age really need proper nutrition to grow and can thrive. Go to a specialist!
